Goodyear has rejected my request and said they can’t do it. What do I do now?

If Goodyear doesn’t have the equipment to complete the repair, you will need to cancel the request and submit to a repair shop instead of mobile/onsite. You will then be able to select ServiceUp, which would mean one of our partner shops, or one of the onboarded dealerships. As long as the work isn’t under warranty or OEM only work, we recommend selecting ServiceUp, as there won’t be any issues with pricing caps and our shops prioritize your vehicles.
