What is the difference between ServiceUp 360, Connect+, and Mobile?
- ServiceUp 360 is when you select ServiceUp to complete your repairs, meaning you communicate with a ServiceUp service advisor, we move the vehicle to and from a vetted shop within our partner network, and your service advisor keeps you updated the entire way. With this option you cannot choose the shop, but our work is guaranteed.
- Connect+ means you want it to go to a specific dealership that you work with directly. There is no transportation included and no service advisor involvement except for providing the estimate and invoice approvals, and confirming AMP repairs.
- Mobile means repairs are being done onsite. When you’re first submitting, be sure to choose mobile repair instead of repair shop. Goodyear will be the only option you can select, and if shuttling is needed it will automatically let Goodyear know.
