How does the estimate approval process work?

In order for an estimate to be reviewed and approved:

  • Click the Upload Estimate button.

  • A window will pop up on your screen.

  • Upload your estimate document in the provided field.

  • Enter your totals as requested.

  • Click Submit to complete the upload.

  • Once submitted, your estimate will be sent to the Service Advisor for review and approval.

    ⚠️ Important: If this process isn’t completed correctly, the Service Advisor won’t receive a notification and the repair order (RO) will not move forward.
