I clicked “Work Done” and submitted my invoice — how do I get paid?

All invoicing is done directly in the ServiceUp portal.

While Ramp is our payment processor, you don’t need to invoice through it. Once you submit your invoice in ServiceUp, our Finance team handles the rest.
