We’ve already been paid via InstaPay, but can’t close the RO
Shops can’t close ROs — only the fleet can.
Once you’ve completed the work and submitted your invoice:
- The fleet reviews and approves the invoice
- The fleet closes the RO
If things are sitting open, it’s best to reach out to the fleet directly to nudge things along.
Open ROs can lead to delays on future payments, so it’s worth keeping them buttoned up.
