Why is my payment delayed?
If there is a payment you were expecting but still has not arrived to your account it could be for one of these reason:
- Not Invoiced - You will need to upload your invoice via the Send Invoice button
- Estimate and invoice not matching up - Please see the "Estimate and Invoice numbers don’t match” section.
- Unapproved work - If work that was not approved was completed, Amazon will not pay for it. All work must be approved or payment is subject to be declined.
