Why was my estimate declined?
There are a couple common reasons:
Price caps
Some fleets have set limits for certain types of work. If your estimate exceeds those limits, it may be declined.
→ Submit a revised estimate within the allowed range to move forward.
Vehicle was de-fleeted
If the fleet decides to retire the vehicle, they may decline the estimate.
→ In this case, upload a new estimate with diagnostic charges only so you can still get paid for your time.
