I accidentally submitted to the wrong provider. What now?
(For Closed Loop Only) I accidentally submitted to a dealership instead of a mobile repair. Or I accidentally submitted it to ServiceUp as my shop instead of my preferred dealer. What do I do?
If you meant to send it to a different shop or a different type of repair (repair shop vs mobile), you will need to cancel the request. If you do not see the yellow Cancel Order button at the bottom of the page, please put a message into the chat.
